We were recommended Ray through a friend who’d worked with him on the tunnel borer for the new Waterview connection motorway (yes, Ray is a man of many talents!). His work is not only of a superb standard, he literally helped to save our disastrous renovation. Previous builders had completely stuffed up the floors – to the point where it was going to cost $4,000 just to level them before putting vinyl planking down, which was our original choice. In despair, we looked at other options and started thinking about tiles – and in a bedroom, that was a big call.

Ray came in and said he could work with the appalling levels on the floor and give us a good result. After 18 months of agony on this project, we needed a miracle, and Ray worked one. His work is fantastic! The floors are an utter dream. He’s now done our basement extension lounge, bedroom, walk in wardrobe, ensuite, kitchen splash back, and now, our huge basement utility rooms and laundry. He’s not only fixed our house and helped give it a real premium feel, he’s also a great bloke. He’s courteous, friendly, considerate, punctual and cleans up after himself. The respect he shows for your home and possessions is so rare with tradesmen – he’s the best we’ve ever seen. He’s even helped me unload things off my car that had nothing to do with his work. And he works and works until the job is done. His prices are good and fair – he even charges differential rates to take account of the actual time it takes, depending on the tile size and shape.

I simply cannot rave about Ray enough. I literally feel like I need to find somewhere else to tile in my home, simply because the results everywhere else have been so amazing. I would have no qualms recommending Ray to anyone – and am more than happy if anyone wants to ask about his work or even take a look at the results in person – I’m that impressed. Thanks Ray!
